By accessing unseelieWorkshop.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Products

Leather is a natural and imperfect material. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photography due to the nature of natural leather and screen calibration. We consider minor variation part of the handmade character of each piece.

Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be processed or if we are unable to fulfil it for any reason. In such cases a full refund will be issued.

Made to Order & Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After this window, production may have already begun and we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

Custom and bespoke commissions are non-cancellable once confirmed and production has begun. We will always reach out for confirmation before beginning work.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photography, design, copy, and the Unseelie Workshop name and logo — is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Unseelie Workshop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
